For the roller and track hardware common to Pingree Grove's newer builds, we carry standard nylon rollers, short and long radius track sections, and the bottom brackets and cable drums that pair with them. What we don't stock on the truck is anything sized for the older heavy wood or single-layer steel doors you'll find on 1960s-70s housing closer to central Elgin - that's a different bracket and a heavier roller, and if your door turns out to be one of those, we may need a day to source the part rather than fix it on the first visit. Given how much of Pingree Grove's stock is 2000s-built, that mismatch is rare here, but we mention it because we'd rather tell you up front than have a truck show up short. Cable and spring stock we carry match the torsion setups standard to this build era, sized for double and single doors alike.
